Associates Scheme
For the past 11 years SystemsAccountants has been dedicated to developing long term relationships in the Finance Systems marketplace.
It has always been our aim to get to know and understand as many finance systems professionals as possible, both within the context of vacancies we are handling, and on a much broader and ongoing basis. We aim to be on hand to provide advice and assistance throughout a candidate's finance systems career - not just at the point of moving role.
As a result, the majority of our new client business and a good proportion of new candidate registrations now comes as a result of recommendations from our candidate base. This is a network of people who know us, trust us, and above all are impressed with the service we can provide.
In recognition of the value we place upon this network of referrals, SystemsAccountants has established an associate scheme to reward candidates for successful introductions going forwards.
By becoming a registered associates, the scheme is tailored to each individual - the rewards on offer are linked to both the associate's interests, and the nature and value of each successful introduction.
