Marsh

Marsh is the world’s largest insurance broker. SystemsAccountants provided two change management consultants to support the creation of an Oracle 11i enabled Pan European shared service centre for transactional finance. The first was more focused on harder technical change such as; process re-design, communication strategy, migration of job roles, HR issues and definition of the new operating model. The second focused on cultural change issues specific to operational improvements in the SSC in Budapest directly after the initial build phase.
