Agresso Business World is a fully integrated, role focused ERP system. Traditionally strong in the public sector, Agresso has grown rapidly within the Professional Services and Business Services sectors in recent years. 

UNIT4 have developed a flexible architecture for Agresso called VITA. Crucially VITA™ Architecture combines the data model, process model and delivery model into a cohesive unit which means that a change made in any one of these areas, automatically makes associated changes and adjustments throughout the system. As such customers can more easily make changes to the system, post implementation.

SystemsAccountants have had a recruitment and account management team dedicated to sourcing contractors and permanent candidates with implementation and administration skills in Agresso since early 2001. To date that team has completed over 500 recruitment campaigns requiring Agresso skills, and have developed a database of over 650 interviewed candidates with specific Agresso expertise. 

Our recent analysis indicates that we currently have access to over 85% of the Agresso skilled candidates in the UK market. Coupled to this we maintain active communications with a network of over 4,000 Agresso client contacts and users.

This unparalleled reach into the Agresso market has enabled us to assemble discrete teams of contractors to manage and deliver implementation projects.

Unlike the vast majority of recruitment companies we are not built on a sales culture. We are wholly service and solutions focused. In fact in many instances our services are more akin to a hybrid mix of recruitment and consultancy.

This is because the vast majority of finance systems work is project related, such as upgrade and development initiatives. Indeed the replacement or implementation of new finance systems, ERP or BI tools will normally be driven by a business need for operational improvements and by definition change. Such change projects typically incorporate process standardisation / automation, shared services creation, or MI transformation such as data governance implementation and enterprise BI architecture.
