Offshore Transition Lead - £850 per day

Highly experienced Finance Change Manager with a niche expertise in the implementation of Business Process Offshoring for the Finance function.

An outstanding, results oriented Finance and business process transformation manager with a mixture of International and UK domestic Financial Services experience. A Chartered Accountant with strong leadership and project management skills, Richard is highly skilled in building strong teams to deliver successful business change. Able to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
Experience incorporates:

  • Drafting of Feasibility Studies and agreement of offshoring proposals with senior management
  • Leading end to end migration of roles from UK to India, Sri Lanka, and Eastern Europe
  • Leading recruitment process from both UK and target country
  • Working with management to create process view of Finance processes to be migrated
  • Implementation of tracking mechanism to ensure training of recruits progresses in line with plan
  • Working with functional teams to prepare UK for Offshoring
