Finance Project Manager - £1000 per day

An experienced Programme Manager & qualified accountant with a strong track record delivering large scale regulatory, business process change and technology solutions in the Financial Services sector and for global blue chip companies as a Management Consultant with Ernst & Young Consulting. Experience includes:

  • Leadership of Solvency II gap analysis and implementation programme.
  • Delivery of large, complex transformation projects with multinational and cross-functional teams of 40+ staff in high pressure environments with aggressive timescales.
  • Development of project delivery capability, including team build, methodology, governance & project infrastructure.
  • Management of package selection process and contractual engagement of third party vendor teams.
  • Management of transition to outsourced system hosting and application management including definition of service level agreements.
  • Shared service and offshoring implementation, including organisation design, role definition and change transition planning
