| Job Description: |
Global Finance Systems Manager is required to deliver the road map strategy for a full suite of business systems, including the recent implementation of a leading, Tier 1 Finance System on a global basis. This newly created remit will require the incumbent to devise a strategy that focuses on continuous improvement of finance processes and reporting needs, leading several work stream teams and liaising with senior stakeholders to ensure the finance systems strategy continues to be aligned with the organisations target operating model. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience of Pan European / Global ERP Implementations, and will have moved into a more strategic post following post go live of the finance system, where the focus has been around implementing finance controls, change requests and delivering functional development projects. A fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA), candidates must have experience of working with Finance Ledger/ERP systems such as: Agresso, CedarOpenAccounts, CMS, Elite, Dynamics AX, Oracle Financials, SAP, PeopleSoft, JDEdwards etc. Exposure to reporting tools and wider business systems including Time & Billing solutions would be advantageous. This is a senior position working directly with key stakeholders on steering committees within the business and will require an excellent level of business acumen and gravitas.
