Our Global Investment Banking Client is looking for a number of Finance and Business Transformation Directors to work in both the UK and globally on a large Finance and Business Transformation Programme. Candidates must have at least 10 years Investment Banking experience coupled with a deep understanding of change and transformation in either front, middle or back office (Finance, Operations, Risk and Technology). The scope of this programme of work is very large, leading our client to seek from a range of Investment Banking disciplines, combined with a track record of business led Project Management, Change Management, Consultancy or IT delivery. Successful applicants will have played a lead role on global banking transformation projects with multiple workstreams and have end to end delivery experience of the change programmes involved. |
