Our team based compensation scheme is fairly unique in the recruitment industry and benefits our clients and candidates by enabling our internal consultants to pool ideas, support each other on large accounts and assignments, and openly seek opinion on shortlists and selections without the concern of lost commission. Cost of our interim resource vs. Consultancies/ System Integrators

Interims can cost up to 50% less than alternative software house or consultancy resource, and often be more experienced. Our clients have made savings of up to 10% on their overall project or programme costs by engaging a balance of resource provided by ourselves, SI’s and internally.

Our track record in Finance Transformation.

To support our clients’ larger scale initiatives we have developed an innovative Programme Delivery resourcing service focused on the assembly of teams of transformation and ERP specialists under service levels designed to accelerate resource provision to projects rather than business-as-usual environments. Our internal account managers have developed an expert appreciation of the transformation roadmap and in turn the resource needs of complex business change initiatives. Each Account Manager has sourced and managed teams of up to 30 interim consultants on at least 2 full lifecycle transformation programmes such as shared services setup, ERP implementation and off-shoring.

We are the UK’s leading finance systems recruitment company.

Unlike the vast majority of recruitment companies we are not built on a sales culture. We are wholly service and solutions focused. In fact in many instances our services are more akin to a hybrid mix of recruitment and consultancy.

This is because the vast majority of finance systems work is project related, such as upgrade and development initiatives. Indeed the replacement or implementation of new finance systems, ERP or BI tools will normally be driven by a business need for operational improvements and by definition change. Such change projects typically incorporate process standardisation / automation, shared services creation, or MI transformation such as data governance implementation and enterprise BI architecture.
