To support our clients’ larger scale initiatives we have developed an innovative Programme Delivery resourcing service focused on the assembly of teams of transformation and ERP specialists under service levels designed to accelerate resource provision to projects rather than business-as-usual environments. Our internal account managers have developed an expert appreciation of the transformation roadmap and in turn the resource needs of complex business change initiatives. Each Account Manager has sourced and managed teams of up to 30 interim consultants on at least 2 full lifecycle transformation programmes such as shared services setup, ERP implementation and off-shoring.
