UK Atomic Energy Authority is the government agency responsible for the decommissioning of the UK’s nuclear reactors.
UKAEA faced a number of market and regulatory challenges which resulted in a business operating model change. To facilitate and sustain this change UKAEA selected SAP Finance and HR as enabling technology to a Business Transformation programme. Having appointed an SI they identified the need for “Client-side” subject matter experts to support in quality assuring the SI deliverables, provide programme governance and facilitate training and knowledge transfer
SA were recommended to the UKAEA by an SI and were subsequently engaged to deploy interim specialists across a number of workstreams including to lead process design in key areas such as procure to pay, order to cash and project accounting and SAP HCM. We also provided a specialist Project Manager and a Change Manager deliver the solution. Because of the resource SA supplied, UKAEA went live ahead of schedule and under budget.View our solutions
