Up to $130,000 base

We are partnered with a rapidly growing health care organization that is seeking an Adaptive professional to join their Strategic Finance organization. This is a vital role as they relaunch and retool their Adaptive Planning instance. In this role, you’d serve as their Adaptive SME – partnering with Finance leadership to identify needs and enhance/improve processes. This opportunity offers tremendous autonomy and the ability to get creative!

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the Adaptive Planning platform including model building, user administration and routine enhancements
  • Provide application support for functional users
  • Coordinate systems upgrades and testing and work in a team environment to develop and maintain application programs
  • Assist with needs assessments, system integrations, design support, and general change management suppor
  • Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, guidelines, and best practices to ensure data integrity and standardized end user processes

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Adaptive Planning as an administrator, implementation consultant or super user
  • Adaptive Planning certifications desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Requirement gathering and/or business analysis experience
  • A self-starter – proactive in responsibilities and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
