Job Title: Board CPM Consultant

Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 per annum – depending on experience
Your Role
As a Board CPM Consultant, you’ll help clients unlock the full potential of the Board platform. You’ll guide them through digital transformation journeys, optimise financial planning processes, and ensure seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and support CPM implementation projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
- Business Process Optimisation: Analyse and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows.
- Platform Expertise: Configure and customise the Board platform to meet client needs.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships, understand business challenges, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Solution Delivery: Ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of Board-based solutions.
- Training & Support: Provide user training and post-implementation support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
Bonus Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist in pre-sales demos and solution scoping.
- Innovation: Contribute to the development of new Board-based tools and accelerators.
- Thought Leadership: Stay current on CPM trends and share insights with the team.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with the Board platform (CPM focus).
- Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in project management and client-facing roles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bonus: Relevant certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
