CRM Business Analyst – Salesforce Transformation (Contract outside IR35)

A market-leading software business is underway with an international digitalisation programme to transform the end-to-end business processes and implement a standardised global template for billing, revenue recognition, order to cash / lead to cash, and go-to-market strategy.

The overall aim of the programme is to implement scalable systems and processes to support and enable ongoing growth as the business upscales rapidly.

To deliver this project, they are looking for an experienced CRM BA ideally with experience in a Salesforce (SFDC) environment to join the project team and deliver the end-to-end project, from business process mapping, gap fit business analysis as well as supporting solution design, build and deployment

Requirements for this role:

• CRM system (SFDC) project experience
• Best practice knowledge across core processes including: billing, revenue recognition, order-to-cash (O2C), quote-to-cash, SAAS licencing processes, go-to-market strategy.
• Business Analysis skills – As-Is and To-Be Process Mapping, Business Requirements, and Documentation skills
• Experience of working in SaaS / Software sector and how business processes work specific to this industry vertical.
• Project Management skills: Project Governance, Project Planning, Stakeholder Management with Sales, Revenue, Integration / IT Teams

This is a remote role and would suit an experienced CRM BA / Process Owner / PM with prior Salesforce and Business Transformation experience.
