CRM Project Manager & Process Lead

CRM Project Manager & Process Lead is required by our global customer to deliver a full end-to-end business process initiative to support a standardised global template for billing, revenue recognition, order to cash / lead to cash, and go-to-market strategy.

This organisation has experienced rapid growth from PE Investment and M&A activity meaning the current CRM systems and process environment doesn’t support scalable growth hence a global single instance CRM platform underpinned by Salesforce technology will be implemented to accommodate their systems roadmap strategy. This is likely to be a 12-month contract (outside IR35) in the first instance and candidates must have the following expertise as the remit will focus on the following areas:-

* Project Delivery Manager – Project Governance, Project Planning, Stakeholder Management with Sales, Revenue, Integration / IT, ERP, Finance Teams, External Partners.
* Experience of working in SaaS / Software sector and how business processes work specific to this industry vertical.
* End-to-end CRM (ideally Salesforce) project implementation experience.
* Global best practice process knowledge across billing, revenue recognition, order-to-cash, lead-to-cash, licencing management, go-to-market strategy.
* Business Analysis skills – As Is and To Be Process Mapping, Business Requirements, and Documentation skills.

This contract can be fully remote. Global market leader in their sector.
