CRM Project Manager

Contract

£700 per day (outside IR35)

Berkshire (2 – 3 days onsite)

CRM Project Manager is required for our high-profile customers who have successfully delivered a global ERP deployment and are now embarking on a multi-year, global CRM transformation programme. The business is currently at the evaluation and selection phase of a major, enterprise scale CRM solution and needs to build out a transformation team including Project Management resources to take onboard ownership for key functional workstreams. The programme scope will include CPQ, sales enablement, customer management, and lead to order functionality within a multi-country phased roll out.

The CRM Project Manager will be responsible for the project charter document with particular importance being placed on business requirements definition, project planning, resource management and leading a project team, coordinating the key sales and technology workstreams, risk assessment and project governance and control. In addition, the CRM Project Manager will be responsible for the vendor management and challenge their counterparts to achieve programme success for all parties.

The successful candidate will have complete ownership of a major workstream. The Project Delivery Manager will work closely with the wider team to ensure core end to end processes and controls are in place in order to recommend and implement a scalable and robust global CRM template.

Successful applicants will need to have proven expertise in:-

• A strong track record of delivery in end-to-end enterprise scale CRM implementations – 500 user + and multi £m budgets.
• Proven Project Delivery Management capability on a global scale
• Expert knowledge and advice in CRM solutions including Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle, NetSuite
• Extremely strong stakeholder, vendor and people management capabilities
• Proven experience of taking ownership for successful delivery of CRM solutions within a fast paced, dynamic environment whilst dealing with competing priorities and multiple deadlines are a constant.
