CRM System PM / Process Lead

A leading Software company is underway with a CRM transformation project and is looking for an experienced consultant to join the team as CRM Process Lead / PM.

The overall aim of the programme is to implement scalable systems and processes to support and enable ongoing growth as the business upscales rapidly. The programme will transform the end-to-end business processes and implement a standardised global template for billing, revenue recognition, order to cash / lead to cash, and go-to-market strategy.

To deliver this project, they are looking for an experienced CRM Project Manager / Process Lead to join the project team and deliver business analysis, process improvement and support the CRM (Salesforce) solution design, build and rollout.

Requirements for this role:

  • CRM system implementation experience (ideally Salesforce)
  • Strong process knowledge across key areas including CRM, Billing, Revenue Recognition, O2C or Lead/Quote-to-Cash, Licencing Management, Go-to-Market, CPQ
  • Business Analysis experience – As Is and To Be Process Mapping, Business Requirements, and Documentation skills
  • Project Management experience: Project Governance, Project Planning, Stakeholder Management with Sales, Revenue, Integration / IT, ERP, Finance Teams
  • SaaS / Software industry experience to understand and drive best-practice for a SAAS business

Remote freelance contract (Outside IR35)
