CRM Transformation PM – Remote

SystemsAccountants is working with a market-leading software business delivering an international digital transformation programme for ERP and CRM.

With the organisation growing rapidly, they’re transforming the core CRM/ERP systems and processes including billing, revenue recognition, order to cash / lead to cash, and go-to-market strategy.

They’re looking for someone with strong CRM / O2C experience (ideally Salesforce.com) to join the programme team and deliver business process transformation as part of the programme to rollout new standard and scalable CRM and ERP solutions.

Requirements for this role:

• End-to-end CRM (ideally Salesforce) project implementation experience.
• Global best practice process knowledge across billing, revenue recognition, order-to-cash, lead-to-cash, licencing management, go-to-market strategy.
• Business Analysis skills – As Is and To Be Process Mapping, Business Requirements, and Documentation skills
• Experience of working in SaaS / Software sector and how business processes work specific to this industry vertical.
• Project Management experience: Project Governance, Project Planning, Stakeholder Management with Sales, Revenue, Integration / IT, ERP, Finance Teams

This is a remote, freelance contract role and would suit an experienced CRM Process Owner or Project Manager with strong Business Analysis and Business Process improvement skills for Salesforce or a similar CRM product.

Location: Germany, or other EU Countries, or UK (outside IR35)
