D365 F&O Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Assume the role of the primary expert for a well-established ERP system, Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.

Bridge the gap between business users and IT by collaborating with ERP partners and suppliers.

Translate intricate business requirements into specifications for Dynamics 365, with a focus on process automation.

Identify areas for improvement within Dynamics 365 and external system needs, keeping user needs and impacts in mind.

Develop comprehensive test plans, verify new capabilities, and assist in managing SaaS platform changes.

Lead or contribute to multiple projects, actively driving the adoption of solutions.

Demonstrate, train, and promote the adoption of solutions to internal stakeholders within the organization.

Oversee business process redesign, documentation, and ensure compliant implementations.

Document and execute integration activities during mergers and acquisitions.

Qualifications:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or possess equivalent work experience in the Business Unit.

Accumulate five or more years of experience in a similar role, with a track record of three or more large-scale Dynamics 365 F&O solution or similar tools.

Exhibit strong proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules.

Showcase excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Demonstrate proven project management abilities, having successfully handled multiple projects.

Possess in-depth knowledge of business process redesign and documentation.

Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Hold Finance Functional certifications on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, with an understanding of related tools such as SQL / Azure Data Factory & Logic Apps / Power BI / Power Automate, which are highly meritorious.
