Job Description:

As the Director of Finance, you will be at the forefront of financial strategy and operational leadership. A key aspect of your role will be acting as an internal advocate and liaison with our NetSuite Implementation Partner, ensuring effective integration and optimization of the NetSuite ERP system. Your expertise in NetSuite will be instrumental in enhancing our financial operations and supporting the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the finance team, overseeing financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Be the primary point of contact and internal champion for the NetSuite ERP system, collaborating closely with the NetSuite Implementation Partner.
• Drive the optimization of financial processes and systems, leveraging NetSuite functionalities.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and business growth.
• Engage and communicate effectively with key stakeholders and investors, confidently presenting financial strategies and reports.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining the integrity of financial data.
• Play a pivotal role in forecasting and budgeting, aligning financial strategies with company objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance department.

Qualifications:

• CPA or nearing CPA certification.
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role, ideally in the automotive or a related industry.
• Strong background in using and optimizing NetSuite ERP systems.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence stakeholders and investors.
• Dynamic, strategic thinker with a track record of financial management success.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
