Enterprise Performance Management (CPM) Specialist

My client is looking to expand their Finance Systems and Reporting team in their newly created Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Portugal as there are ever increasing demands within the growing business. This team supports the day to day running of the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Finance Analytics tools for the global organization. The main tool of choice is OneStream which is currently being implemented. Hence this role is a great opportunity to combine administration and project work on one of the cutting-edge technologies within the EPM market!

The client is going through some significant change and are launching an array of exciting projects to introduce new processes, tools and data strategies, so there will be many opportunities to grow within the organization.

What will I be doing?

• Level 1 administration and support of OneStream applications
• Change requests and development for new requirements
• Support in identifying and developing improvements based on process and system performance
• Work closely with business users, interpret requirements and create solutions in combination with other team members.
• Assist with system upgrades and projects e.g. new systems implementations, regulatory projects, process improvements
• Create and maintain documentation for EPM and related systems
• Support training of users in best practice

What skills and experience do I require?

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or Computer Science ideally
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related field
• Previous experience with any of the following: OneStream, HFM/ Hyperion Essbase/ Planning, Tagetik, SAP BPC, SAP FC, Anaplan, BOARD, Jedox or similar tools
• Functional knowledge of financial reporting e.g., group consolidation, reporting orFP&A
• English language skills are required
