Group Finance Systems Administrator opportunity available within a multi-national organisation based in Hertfordshire. I am keen to speak with candidates who hold direct experience with finance systems support, maintenance and administration who are looking to develop their technical finance systems experience within a global company.

As the Group Finance Systems Administrator you will manage, enhance and maintain the Group’s Consolidation and Management Information System, SAP BPC. In the near term, the Group Finance team is implementing a new Group financial consolidation system. This role will be heavily involved in the implementation process and is therefore vital in ensuring its success.

As the System Administrator role, you can expect to:

  • Be responsible for addressing and promptly resolving daily help-desk requests from subsidiaries
  • Deliver continuous improvement across the entire management reporting process and systems, including working closely with external consultants where applicable
  • Collaborate across key group functions such as Tax, Treasury, HR and Health and Safety to assist and support the development of dedicated functionalities and reports in other systems
  • Review output reports from the systems and liaise with the Group Systems Manager to fix any issues.

To apply for this Finance Systems Administrator position my client requires candidates with 1-3 years experience working with a Finance System, ideally a consolidation system, for example SAP BPC, SAP BFC, Oracle EPM (HFM, FCCS), Board, Anaplan, Onestream, CCH Tagetik, TM1, SAP BFC, or a GL / ERP system such as SAP B1, SAP ByD, SAP S/4. You will also require the following:

  • A proven track record of project delivery
  • Experience working in a large plc environment
