ERP Implementation Manager

As an ERP Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of Workday Financials and HCM for our client. This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical project in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials and HCM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop and execute project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or roadblocks.
• Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular status meetings and reporting to stakeholders.
• Oversee testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the ERP implementation team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in ERP implementation, with a preference for experience with Workday.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Prior experience in a tech/start-up environment is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA or relevant certifications is a plus).
