As an ERP Implementation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of Workday Financials and HCM for our client. This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical project in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials and HCM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful integration.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and execute project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or roadblocks.
Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct regular status meetings and reporting to stakeholders.
Oversee testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
Train end-users and provide ongoing support.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the ERP implementation team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in ERP implementation, with a preference for experience with Workday.
Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Prior experience in a tech/start-up environment is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA or relevant certifications is a plus).
