ERP Product Owner

Join a growing scale-up company as ERP Product Owner. Having successfully implemented a new Cloud ERP system, the business are now looking for an experienced ERP or Financial Systems Product Owner or Product Manager with good Finance process knowledge and Digital Transformation experience to join their team and drive improvements for the ERP solution.

As Owner of the ERP and Business Systems product, you will focus on optimising the ERP and related Business Processes. Working together with key stakeholders in Finance and Operations, you will identify system and process improvements and will plan sprints in order to deliver the enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and deliver the ERP Product project roadmap
• Interface between End Users and Technical teams to define, plan and deliver System optimisation
• Requirements Gathering, Business Analysis and Process Improvement
• Agile Product Management, Stand-Ups, Planning Sprints etc
• Interface between Business Teams and Technical teams to capture requirements, user stories, define and document specifications for improvements, and manage the delivery of optimisation work

Your profile:

• 3+ years’ experience as ERP Product Owner in an Agile environment
• Functional understanding of Finance or Operations processes
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies for Enterprise Systems/ERP
• ERP knowledge, ideally in a cloud-based ERP environment, e.g. MS Dynamics 365, Navision (NAV), AX, Oracle ERP Cloud / Fusion, Oracle Netsuite, Infor M3, BAAN, LN, JDE, Peoplesoft, SAP FICO, SAP B1, SAP ByD, Workday

This is an excellent opportunity for an ERP Product Owner or Product Manager with strong Business Process experience and Agile Scrum knowledge to join a leading Scale-Up company.
