ERP Systems Support Lead

Role: SAP Business One Systems Support Lead
Location: Surrey
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
● Candidate will lead, monitor, and supervise team members from different countries to resolve “business as usual” incidents and issues within the agreed ticket SLAs.
● Candidate will lead the Finance Systems support function and will manage a team of support consultants.
● Candidate will carry out the initial issue logging as/when required and will research whenever possible a resolution of user queries and/or change requests.
● Candidate will support the Finance users community using their knowledge of SAP Business One and complementary solutions & technologies such as Boyum Usability Pack, B1 Integration Framework, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server and Citrix.
● Candidate will answer queries and troubleshoot issues related to SAP Business One integration to external systems.
● Candidate will ensure that the SLAs are met by escalating incidents / issues as required to senior members of Finance Information Systems.
● Candidate will produce training manuals, knowledge base documentation, user and administration guides and other documentation as required to support this function.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
● Must have at least 2+ years’ experience of leading a support team
● Must have working experience of an IT service management framework such as ITIL, COBIT or ISO/IEC 20000.
● Must have experience using any support ticketing system such as ZenDesk.
● Must have working knowledge of finance & business processes and accounting practises.
● Must have at least 2+ years’ experience working in an SAP Business One Support role
● Must have knowledge of SQL queries and stored procedures.
● Must be a team player who is able to motivate and inspire the team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members, and demonstrates flexibility.
● Must demonstrate good problem-solving skills with a logical, flexible and persistent approach to find solutions to problems.
● Must have a desire to learn new financial systems products and technologies.
