As part of the Accounting, Financial Controlling & Internal Controls department, we (Group Business Support & Analytics) are responsible for the provision of data analyzes and support my clients corporate performance management applications and the associated processes. In this function, we are also driving digitization in this area. For the team that supports our internal customers in accounting, we are looking for an expert in company master data and reporting.
As the person responsible for the process, you control, operate and maintain the group-wide process for company master data resulting from investment transactions
Maintaining the Corporate Investment Management tool (CIM by zetVisions based on SAP BW technology) to ensure company master data is up to date and aligns it with the financial applications such as SAP ERP, Tagetik and others
Document changes and ensure that these are compared with the internal control system (ICS).
Participation in the financial statements and institutional requirements by assuming responsibility for e.g.
Regular internal provision of company hierarchies and participation lists via the intranet
In your role as process owner, you constantly look for improvements, identify areas for automation, keep process descriptions up to date, communicate with international stakeholders
Designing and creating system reports with specific requirements based on the needs of management and other internal customers (e.g. Consolidation Department, Accounting Business Partner, Tax, etc.)
Manage implementations and testing along with IT system patches
Support of projects related to investments
Willingness to work collaboratively with other team responsibilities, primarily in the Tagetik are
who we are looking for
Completed commercial training or university degree in the fields of finance, accounting, business informatics or similar
Sound knowledge of accounting, consolidation and/or reporting in relation to company master data
Ability to interact result-oriented with a variety of stakeholders in an international environment
Customer orientation and good communication skills
Open-minded team player
Ideally experience with entity management software and the above tasks
Creativity in solving IT/business problems with strong analytical skills and a high level of IT affinity, ideally with proven successful implementations or data migration projects
Sound knowledge of Office365 (especially Excel)
English communication at business level (written and oral)
