Our client is a UK based company utilising NetSuite, they are looking for a Finance Process Specialist. This role will work within the Core ERP team to support all finance users with the streamlining of finance processes and onboarding of new entities.

Roles and responsibilities:
– Carry out 1st and 2nd line support for the finance team
– Communicating with onboarded finance teams and users regarding system improvement
– Assisting, planning and managing the initiation of systems
– Systems administration and maintenance
– Review and providing feedback on key process and data during projects
– Project life-cycle management
– Structuring and supporting stakeholders with key stages of system phases
– Delivering systems training in advance to end users
– Systems optimisation

Essential requirements:
– ACA or ACCA qualification, part qualified or qualified through experience
– Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodology
– Cloud-based NetSuite ERP experience in a finance process ERP capacity e.g., an implementation of NetSuite
– A finance background, experience of working as part of a Finance Transformation team
– Excellent organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
– Strong communicator and confident presenting to senior stakeholders
– Effective at working in team-driven environment
– Previous experience of owning and updating the project plan and report writing experience
