Finance Systems Consultant

A growing international company are underway with a large ERP Transformation Programme. They are implementing a new Cloud ERP solution and deploying a new Standard model for Systems and Processses.

The Financial Systems Consultant will join the Project team and take a leading role in the end-to-end implementation of the new solution for Finance and Controlling areas. Working closely with end users on the business side, you will focus on Business Analysis, Process Harmonisation and improvement for Financials (GL, AP, AR) and will lead the deployment of the new solution, covering systems and process change, Testing, Training, Go-Live and post-live hypercare.

Your role:

• Lead the implementation of the new ERP System Infor for Finance / Accounting / Controlling areas (R2R, GL, AP, AR)
• Business Analysis, Process Harmonisation and finance process improvement with key stakeholders and end users
• Deliver End User Training for the new processes and Financial System
• Testing; IST and UAT to ensure successful rollout with Users
• End-User Training
• Change management
• Champion the new Target-Operating-Model (TOM) and Cloud ERP solution

Your profile

• Experienced Finance Systems Consultant with functional knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Accounting, R2R (GL, AP, AR)
• Proven ERP implementation experience, ideally in a multi-region ERP Systems deployment (e.g. SAP FICO, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle Peoplesoft, EBS, Cloud ERP or similar)
• Experience delivering End User Testing, Training and Change
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ideally prior experience of Infor M3 / Cloudsuite

Location: Germany, Austria, Poland, Netherlands, Ireland, UK – remote with regular business travel

Type: Permanent Contract
