Financial Systems Process Lead

SystemsAccountants is looking for a proactive and driven Financial Systems Process Lead to work in a dynamic international organisation based in Utrecht.

In your first few weeks in this Financial Systems Process Lead, you can expect to:

• Assess the Data, Financial Performance Management and ERP processes to identify areas of enhancement.
• Work in a agile way to automate and process improve.
• Ensure data quality and integrity within a financial technology environment.
• Work together with MDM, Innovation and Process Improvement teams.
• Deliver solutions, implement project changes, and provide operational assistance.

To apply for this role you’ll need to be a natural problem solver and a great collaborator, eager to share your exceptional knowledge and helpful attitude. You’ll have worked data, BI and / or information management technology for 4 plus years, and have a bachelor’s education. You’ll also have:

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A self-starter, able to take the lead as well as collaborate effectively in diverse teams.
• Ability to change manage.
