Financial Systems Manager – Oracle EPM Transformation

We are working with a large, publicly traded organization that is about to go through a significant Finance Transformation project. Our client has outgrown their current Financial Systems technology and processes, and will be moving their applications to the cloud. This will transition them from Hyperion Planning/HFM to Oracle EPM cloud, PBCS and FCCS.

As a Financial Systems Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation and the relationship with the implementation partner. Post-go-live, you will continue to drive system and process improvements.

In this role you will work very closely with the senior finance leadership teams, Enterprise Solutions teams, and global business leaders, providing financial, strategic, and ad-hoc support as needed. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of financial and business processes, this is not an overly technical role.

In your first few weeks in this Financial Systems Manager role, you can expect to:

• Partner with the system implementor in outlining the project scope
• Align internal resources in preparation for the project
• Assist the team in gathering business requirements
• Ensure alignment across project phases as required
• Support the Chief Accounting Officer in driving best practices and standardization across the organization.

• Experience with Hyperion Planning / PBCS, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)/Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS),
• Management experience, preferably in an administrative role
• Experience in analyzing system requirements, writing functional specifications,
