HR Systems Solutions Architect – Ceridian
Contract – 3 months
Hybrid – London

SystemsAccountants are currently working with a leading company in their field who are looking to bring on an HR Systems Solutions Architect for a 3 month contract focused on the implementation of the Ceridian HR system. The successful candidate will have experience in the Ceridian system, and will be able to commute into the client’s London offices 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
* To manage the transformation of HR systems, including leading the solution design and governance
* Working closely with internal stakeholders in the business, as well as 3rd party suppliers
* Be the solutions delivery lead for the implementation of Ceridian
* To guide the internal systems team with your prior systems knowledge of the structure of an implementation
* Hold the implementation partner team to account for solutions configuration

Key Requirements:
* Strong hands-on experience with Ceridian HR
* Experience of leading small teams of individuals and stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
* Strong project management skills to ensure delivery of the overall programme plan
* Experience of technology architecture including in business application security and data architecture
* To be able to immediately hit the ground running and provide an immediate impact to the team
* To be a strong communicator and to work well with different teams in the business
