SystemsAccountants is supporting a large Transformation programme with a growing international manufacturing company.

The company has undergone a period of strong expansion recently, and are now looking to deploy new Business Systems in order to support their continued growth, and are implementing new Cloud ERP systems, covering HR, Finance and Supply Chain Operations.

Sitting in the project team, this role will manage As-is and To-Be HR Processes and Systems. Working closely with transformation teams, you will drive the business process and systems change for the new HRIS/HCM solution in order to successfully implement the new solution blueprint, and will function as the interface between local end users and project teams for a successful transition.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-end implementation of the new HR solution
• Work with local stakeholders to define as-is and to-be requirements, and deploy the new processes and systems
• HR Business Process Analysis, process harmonisation and improvement
• Assist across the End-to-End ERP implementation process; Requirements mapping, solution testing (UAT, SIT), System Implementation and post-live support and training
• Change Management

Your skills:

• Prior experience in at least one large international ERP, HRIS or HR System (template) deployment
• Excellent knowledge of HR Business Processes end-to-end
• Excellent Communication skills in English (other languages desirable!)
• ERP or HRIS System implementation experience, ideally in a Manufacturing setting: e.g. Peoplesoft, Workday HR, HCM, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) / Business Central, AX, SAP, Successfactors, Oracle HR, Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, Netsuite, Infor M3, QAD, IFS

Location: Germany, Remote with regular travel
