HRIS Implementation Consultant

Our client, a leading European FMCG company is underway with a large Digital Transformation programme.

Due to strong growth internationally, they are implementing a new Cloud ERP and HCM System (HRIS) and will be deploying the international template solution across a number of entities and business units in Europe.

As HRIS Consultant within the transformation programme, you will implement the business process and systems change for the new Human Resources solution and deploy the ERP and HCM Template. In this role, you will provide the interface between local entities and the programme team for the implementation, and will implement the system and new processes.

Key responsibilities:

• HR System Implementation
• HR Process Change Management
• Drive deployment of the HR system blueprint; manage local stakeholders and defend and champion the template solution
• Business Process Analysis, process harmonisation and improvement for HR processes
• End-to-End ERP and HRIS implementation; Requirements mapping, solution testing (UAT, SIT), rollout, post-live support and training

Your skills:

• Prior experience in at least one large international ERP, HRIS or HR System implementation
• Knowledge of HR Business Processes
• Sector experience in Manufacturing, FMCG or Food Industry
• Communication skills in English (other languages desirable!)

• ERP or HRIS System implementation experience, ideally in a Manufacturing setting: e.g. Peoplesoft, Workday HR, HCM, Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) / Business Central, AX, SAP, Successfactors, Oracle HR, Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, Netsuite, Infor M3, QAD, IFS

Location: Germany, Austria, Poland, Romania, Netherlands, France (Remote, with regular travel to rollout locations)

Regular weekly travel across Europe required!
