Inhouse ERP Consultant – Financials

A leading manufacturing company are undertaking a Digital Transformation project aimed at implementing a new Cloud ERP solution Infor M3, and standardising business processes across international entities.

Sitting as part of the programme team, the ERP Consultant will lead the deployment of the new solution end-to-end, including business process analysis and harmonisation with Key Users, UAT, solution testing, ERP deployment and Go-Live, Change Management and End-User training.

Your role:

• Together with key stakeholders for Financials / R2R (GL, AP, AR) areas, you will deliver business process analysis, process harmonisation and improvements
• Train local users on best practice on the tool and process, setup all configurations and data
• Champion the new Target-Operating-Model (TOM) and Cloud ERP solution
• Support partners to drive successful knowledge transfer
• Testing; IST and UAT to ensure successful rollout with Users
• End-User Training
• Change management

Your profile

• Experienced ERP Consultant with functional knowledge of Finance, Controlling, Accounting, R2R (GL, AP, AR)
• Proven ERP end-to-end implementation experience, ideally in a multi-region ERP Systems deployment (e.g. SAP FICO, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle Peoplesoft, EBS, Cloud ERP or similar)
• Experience delivering End User Testing, Training and Change
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ideally prior experience of Infor M3 / Cloudsuite

Location: Germany, Austria, Poland, Netherlands, Ireland, UK – remote with regular business travel

Type: Permanent Contract
