ERP Project Manager – Contract, Netsuite transformation programme

Join a large tech company as ERP PM. Having implemented Oracle Netsuite as the core ERP, the company is looking to move to phase 2 and drive continuous improvement.

Working as part of the ERP Programme team, the ERP PM will set up and manage the project pipeline for Post Go-Live implementation and improvement initiatives and will manage the delivery of these enhancement projects with a large team of both functional and technical Netsuite ERP consultants.

You will be responsible for setting up the Project plan and methodologies for the assigned scope, working together with key business stakeholders and senior programme leadership as well as managing the Netsuite project team to set up and execute the project plan.

Responsibilities:

• ERP Project Management (Netsuite Cloud ERP)
• Set up the project plan for post-live optimisation work including: define milestones, monitor and report progress and manage stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery
• Set up and utilise solid Project Management methodology and drive improvement initiatives
• Track and report on Project Progress across assigned scope and cross-functional teams
• Work with the project team and local users to ensure that all change is successfully embedded and sustainable

Requirements:

• Prior ERP Project Management experience in large international project environment, preferably for a Cloud ERP system (SAP S4 Hana, Oracle Netsuite, SAP ByD, Workday ERP, MS Dynamics or similar)
• Proven experience delivering post-go-live ERP optimisation programmes
• Demonstrable experience as PM for end-to-end ERP rollouts
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent English

Duration: 3-6 months initially
