What is the role?

Join a fast growth consulting business in France, to lead the consulting services for the French region. The company is experiencing exceptional growth over the last few years and due to this increasing demand within the market, there is an opportunity for a new hire to take a leading role in the consulting services. You will wear multiple “hats” i.e. assume the role of project manager, people manager, client lead, and training lead, helping develop and nurture talent within the business.

What will I be doing?

• Shape and lead the consulting team, so they successfully complete the projects.
• With knowledge in corporate finance, you will be the sparring partner for clients and a lead for consultants.
• Manage and oversee implementation projects and play an essential role in taking part in kick-off meetings and act for some project as Project Manager
• Monitor and control the project scope, timing, cost, quality, resources and risk through to project completion for the entire project portfolio.
• Communicate with all kinds of stakeholders on project status and overall support the cross-functional collaboration between clients and consultants.

What background and skills will I need to have?

• BAC + 5 degree in finance, accounting, or economics or a comparable qualification.
• Significant knowledge as well as relevant practical experience in corporate finance.
• Experience in leading and managing projects.
• A high affinity for software and IT related topics.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Native speaker level in French and very good communication skills in English.
