MS Dynamics NAV/Business Central Consultant (f/m/d)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Consultant (f/m/d). As a Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and customization of Microsoft Business Central solutions for our subsidiary entities internationally. You will work in a motivated ERP Team and get to understand the business requirements, provide expert guidance and advice on best practices, and deliver high-quality project management services to ensure successful implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Project independent management of Business Central implementations in close collaboration with the users
• Project and process management, you will always keep the goals, timelines, budgets and the quality of your project in mind
• Analysing and designing solutions for the requirements of the different subsidiaries
• You are able to describe the requirements for the technical implementation in detail and formulate the corresponding answers and questions in a way that is appropriate for the recipient
• Deliver End User Training, as well as preparing Documentation and system testing You will independently conduct training courses, prepare documentation and define tests
• Function as first point of contact for all concerns: data migration, process questions, report layouts or interfaces to other systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Navision
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Central, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities
• Experience in analyzing business processes and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel
