Responsibilities:

  • Provides maintenance and daily management of NetSuite and other business applications, including general system administration, user onboarding, offboarding, license management, building and maintaining proper system permission access
  • Understands the business and identifies technology and process opportunities to drive value and efficiencies for the organization
  • Provides end-user support with technical and reporting questions, provides end user education, serves as an applications champion and coach for end users
  • Builds, runs, distributes, and supports dashboards, searches, and operational reports to provide insight into data needs for all team functions
  • Assists the Finance System Administrator in the management of the system configuration, including design, integration and data validation decisions, as well as system-related policies and procedures
  • Provides support in development, functional testing, and rollout of customizations, workflows, custom objects, new enhancements, application releases, and system integration based on user/business needs
  • Manages custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows to meet business requirements
  • Maintains the integrity of the sandbox environments
  • Point of contact to NetSuite support and all 3rd party integration partners
  • Troubleshoot Netsuite defects, customization errors and 3rd party applications failures and pursue solution methodically by sandbox testing and contacting application support teams
  • Create and maintain a repository of Knowledge Base documents and User Guides.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of NetSuite ERP/CRM and at least 2+ years of experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform, including customizations in place, scripting and connectors
  • NetSuite skills preferably should include: SuiteScript 2.1/2.0/1, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteCommerce and Design Fundamentals
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification, is a plus. Experience with broad business applications stack, including WMS, TMS demand planning systems, e-commerce solutions, is a plus
  • Understanding of common industry-standard business practices in accounting, supply chain, and reporting
  • Experience using forms, fields, custom records, and workflows to manage unique business process requirements within the ERP system
  • Proficiency with saved searches, SQL formulas, reports, customized dashboards and custom forms
  • Some experience in HTML and Advanced HTML/PDF Templates
  • Some experience with NetSuite integrations with third party applications and connectors
  • Some experience with modern E-Commerce Platforms supporting SEO capabilities
  • API and EDI applications highly preferred
  • The ability to manage competing priorities, solve problems quickly, and work independently
  • A college degree with a technical or business management major
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment. Wants to learn the business and use technology to solve business problems
  • Excellent customer service skills; ability to form relationships both externally and internally. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Google Applications
