Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the specific needs of the client
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise with the software
  • Provide support to users and assist with training on the technical aspects of NetSuite
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and functionality of NetSuite and make recommendations for improvements
  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the consulting team to provide technical solutions to business problems
  • Manage the integration of third-party applications with NetSuite
  • Manage and maintain the data integrity, security, and performance of the NetSuite systems
