Netsuite Systems Specialist

Our client in Sweden is looking for a NetSuite System Specialist to help them maximize their efficiency and use of NetSuite. This role will be working directly with the Finance team and to enable company growth and implement best practices. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in business systems and a passion for leveraging NetSuite functionality to solve business challenges.

This is a diverse role within a growing company; you will be involved in a range of tasks for the Netsuite implementation project, including requirements gathering, business process mapping and improvement, Netsuite solution design and rollout, change management, and post-live support and troubleshooting.

As Netsuite Systems Specialist you will get involved in both the Netsuite rollout and post-live developments, including setting up workflows, saved searches and deploying new functionality. This is a great opportunity for a Netsuite specialist to join a growing company in the early stages of their Netsuite journey.

The Role

• Build the Project Roadmap for NetSuite over the coming years
• Roll on newly acquired entities on NetSuite
• Plan, review and manage NetSuite change configurations and customization requests
• Ensure system compliance with Company policies, procedures, and protocols for system standards, customizations and changes
• Maintain and monitor user and role management
• Schedule, test and deploy changes to production
• Maintain application security controls and create customized solutions
• Manage the company’s NetSuite training program and necessary training materials to ensure adoption and end-user success.
• Support end user requests for new searches, reports, KPI’s, dashboards.
• Monitor end-user usage of systems, tracking performance, maintaining system documentation.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity.
• Perform regular data audits and resolve the issues identified.
• Manage Release testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, upgrades, customization and integration
• Design, configure and publish business dashboards

The ideal profile:

• Netsuite Administrator or Functional Consultant (ideally with prior Project or implementation experience)
• ERP Module experience ideally: Financials (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable); R2R/P2P/O2C; Logistics
• Netsuite Support and Administration skills, including delivering End-User support, system setup and configuration, Testing UAT and IST and ERP deployment
• Functional understanding across at least one key area eg. Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Sales
• Experience with change management processes and documentation
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement skills
• Finance/Accounting degree
• Ability to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience

Prior Netsuite experience is desirable but not essential – cross-training from a similar ERP or Financial System is considered
