Responsibilities:

  1. NetSuite System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the NetSuite platform, responsible for system configuration, customization, and user management.
  2. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support to end-users regarding NetSuite functionalities, resolving issues, and troubleshooting system errors.
  3. Customization and Development: Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements within the NetSuite system using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and other development tools.
  4. Integration Management: Oversee the integration of NetSuite with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  5. System Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize NetSuite processes and configurations to improve system performance and user experience.
  6. User Training and Documentation: Conduct training sessions and create user-friendly documentation to enable users to maximize their efficiency and proficiency with NetSuite.
  7. Security and Data Governance: Ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data within the NetSuite system through proper security controls and governance.
  8. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to understand their requirements and align NetSuite functionalities with business needs.
