Order to Cash Process Lead – Finance & System Transformation

An international business is looking for an O2C Process Lead to join their ERP Programme team.

The company is currently undertaking a major Finance Transformation project with the overall aim to deliver standardised Finance processes and ERP systems across business units and Entities.

Sitting as part of the project team, the O2C Process Owner will be responsible for defining and implementing the new Target Operating Model and will govern and drive change in line with the rollout of the new ERP solution.

The role:

• End-to-End process ownership for the Order to Cash Finance stream
• Lead requirements engineering, process design and governance for OTC
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and local users to assess existing finance processes and drive process harmonisation and optimisation in line with ERP standard
• Work closely with ERP Transformation teams and PMs to establish and deliver a first class O2C solution in line with the ERP system best practices

Requirements:

• Experienced O2C Process Owner or Project Manager with prior experience in a large international ERP implementation project
• Strong Finance / Accounting / Controlling (FICO) process knowledge, ideally a Finance background
• Financial Systems Transformation experience e.g. SAP, Oracle JDE, EBS, Peoplesoft, Cloud ERP, Infor LN, Infor M3 or similar
• Strong communication skills in English (German desirable)
