Join a leading international company as Finance Transformation Project Manager!

The company is transforming their Financial Systems and processes and are looking for a Finance PM to join their team and focus on delivering transformation for financial processes and technologies. Sitting within the Finance PMO function, this role will be responsible for a range of projects in the pipeline as the company continues to grow.

The role:

• Management of finance transformation and improvement initiatives across workstreams: R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, Financial Reporting and Consolidation
• Lead and drive continuous improvement of financial systems covering ERP, FP&A systems and Enterprise Performance Management technology
• Develop, maintain and deliver project plans according to project management methodologies
• Change Management
• Own and champion Project Management methodology within finance
• Finance Project Portfolio Management

Your profile

• 5-10 years’ experience delivering Finance Transformation or Financial Systems projects
• Management Consulting background – Big4 or similar
• Strong Finance process knowledge: R2R (GL, AP, AR), P2P, O2C, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Financial Controlling and Reporting
• Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies (Prince2, PMP, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or similar)
• Strong Finance Background; Management Accountant or Controller, ACCA, ACA, CIMA, Audit, Finance Transformation Consultancy or similar
• Strong Communication skills in English
