Finance Process Owner – R2R Lead

An international manufacturing company is underway with a business transformation programme. Following significant M&A Activity, the company is looking for an R2R Process Owner to focus on mapping and migrating existing Finance & Reporting processes to the new Shared Services Center.

Sitting as part of the Programme team, this role will drive the harmonisation, improvement and migration of Finance processes, GL, AP, AR, Financial Reporting, within the SAP ERP solution. You will work closely with local accounting teams and BPO teams to understand existing processes, identify improvements and migrate to the new BPO / SSC solution.

Your profile:

  • Accounting and Finance knowledge (GL, AP, AR), ideally within a Finance Process improvement or Business Transformation setting
  • 3+ years’ experience of Finance processes and improvement projects, including Change Management
  • Finance process mapping, transformation and migration experience, e.g. SSC set up, migration, business process harmonisation, Acquisition integration or carve-out for Finance / R2R processes
  • Experience in ERP & Financial Systems, ideally in a project setting: eg: SAP FICO, SAP S4 Hana Oracle ERP, Oracle Fusion, JDE, Peoplesoft, Microsoft D365, Navision, Microsoft AX, Infor, IFS, Unit4, Workday, QAD or similar
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment
