ERP Systems Manager (SAP Business One)

London (hybrid working, 3 days a week on-site)

£55,000 – £70,000 per annum

SystemsAccountants are working with a leading client in their field who are looking to bring on an in-house SAP Business One focused Systems Manager – with technical operations and business functionality skills; primarily in sales, finance and supply chain.

Role Responsibilities:

• To become the inhouse Systems Manager of the SAP Business One ERP, maintaining the system from a support and project perspective
• Providing business-focused support and troubleshooting SAP B1 queries and monitoring system health
• Forging strong relationships with internal business stakeholders
• Managing system maintenance, changes and enhancement
• Designing, managing and maintaining integrations with external systems and devices
• Educate and train end users of the SAP Business One software
• Lead UAT and ongoing upgrade work as required with the system
• Having responsibility for the management of broader IT projects within the businesses, such as system updates, upgrades and migrations
• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of SAP Business One

Role Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with SAP Business One
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 – Sales and CRM – highly beneficial
• Evidence of experience in SAP B1 supply chain or warehouse management
• Preferably 6 years of experience with broader ERP software
• Strong technical, manufacturing or industrial background preferable with an understanding of finance systems, supply chain management, sales, and CRM
• Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science or another related subject
• Experience with migrations to HANA and significant Microsoft SQL server experience
• Proficiency in building Crystal Reports from scratch
• Ability to build and maintain BI dashboards
• Knowledge of coding languages would be beneficial
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies preferable
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
