SAP Business ByDesign Systems Analyst

London, UK (3 days on site a week)

£40,000 – £50,000 per annum

SystemsAccountants are working with a leading client in their field who are looking for a team facilitator with SAP ByD skills. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance for SAP ByDesign, manage day to day support tickets, and maintain the ERP and other group-wide systems.

The Role:

• To work on SAP Business ByDesign, maintaining the system from a support and project perspective.
• Become the in-house expert for SAP ByDesign and SAP Concur projects.
• Resolve all data-related issues and differences between group-wide systems.
• To provide initial triage and deliver 1st line support for the SAP ByD users.
• To carry out UAT, and ongoing upgrade work as required with the system.
• Work closely with the third-party partner.
• To work within the team and with all areas of the business to action requests related to functional and technical improvement works.
• Design and implement operational changes and provide associated user impact assessment.
• Keeping the CRM system and data up to date and various other project work.
• Provide managers and auditors with reports and paperwork related to data changes in the system for their review.

Key Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience with SAP Business ByDesign in an end user or a partner environment.
• Experience working within a systems environment, including ERP systems and others.
• Skilled in delivering support in SAP Business ByDesign.
• Advantageous to have worked with SAP previously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with user access, roles & responsibilities management in SAP Business By Design.
• Experience with system upgrades, system integrations and the IT ticketing system.
• Demonstrated problem solving, attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• SAP Business ByDesign certification preferable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to create and maintain relationships with clients and third party stakeholders.
