Offering £40,000 to £60,000 per annum (pro-rata)

SystemsAccountants are working with a new SAP ByDesign client who are currently implementing the new SAP ByD ERP system. They are looking to bring on an internal SAP ByDesign Systems Analyst to work alongside their third-party partner throughout the implementation and post go-live process. The role is suited for someone who has an interest in both finance and information technology and is open to developing skills in some of the leading finance systems. The successful candidate will be joining the Finance team in their London offices.

Role Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Finance Change team in the implementation of the SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Concur, and TIS finance systems
• Ensuring that finance systems are maintained and updated in order to meet business needs
• Acting as a subject matter expert for the ERP Systems – with responsibilities for systems access, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, and the implementation of new functionality as required
• Be responsible for integrations between finance systems, ensuring data quality and accuracy
• Be responsible for user support including access, security, documentation, and training

Role Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar role supporting SAP Business ByDesign
• Previous experience implementing SAP ByDesign would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of Excel and data migration
• Experience with SAP Concur would be beneficial
• Experience in a similar role or working within the finance department of a financial services company
• Finance background or accountancy qualifications would be beneficial
• Comfortable working both alone and in teams with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and processes
• Experienced with OneStream, Snowflake, APIs, and RPA (desirable but not essential)
• A great problem solver with excellent people skills and a can-do attitude
