SAP Finance Transformation Process Lead RTR

A growing international company is looking for an R2R SAP Finance Transformation Lead.

Currently underway with a major Finance Transformation programme, the company is looking for an experienced R2R Finance Transformation Lead to drive the R2R workstream forward, understanding as-is and to-be processes in the run-up to a migration to S4 Hana.

As part of the SAP project, the R2R Lead will be responsible for mapping existing processes in the legacy Finance Systems, harmonising processes and driving standardisation to support the migration to SAP Central Finance (CFIN) for RTR (Record-to-Report).

Profile:

• End-to-End R2R process knowledge in an international environment
• Qualified Accountant, ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar
• Experience delivering large scale SAP implementations for international companies, e.g. Senior Business Analyst, Finance Process Owner, Finance Transformation Lead or Hands-on PM function
• SAP S4 Hana experience, ideally also migrations to CFIN (SAP Central Finance)
• End to End ERP implementation experience, including managing requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design, IST, UAT and international rollouts

Location: Remote, Europe

Type: Contract, outside IR35
