Sr. NetSuite Administrator

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Administrator with a focus on Supply Chain, BOMs (Bills of Materials), Manufacturing, and Inventory Management.

Responsibilities:

1. NetSuite Administration:

   • Oversee the day-to-day administration and optimization of the NetSuite platform.
   • Customize and configure NetSuite to meet the unique needs of the Supply Chain, BOMs, Manufacturing, and Inventory modules.
   • Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance.

2. Supply Chain Management:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and streamline end-to-end supply chain processes.
   • Implement and maintain best practices for supply chain management within the NetSuite environment.
   • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

3. Bills of Materials (BOMs):

   • Configure and manage Bills of Materials in NetSuite to accurately represent product structures.
   • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure accurate BOM creation and maintenance.

4. Manufacturing Processes:

   • Support and optimize manufacturing workflows within NetSuite.
   • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the visibility and control of manufacturing operations.

5. Inventory Management:

   • Develop and implement strategies for efficient inventory management.
   • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, recommending adjustments as needed.

6. System Integration:

   • Collaborate with IT and other business units to integrate NetSuite with other enterprise systems.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.

7. User Training and Support:

   • Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities related to Supply Chain, BOMs, Manufacturing, and Inventory.
   • Create documentation and training materials as needed.
