Workday FINS Analyst

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 D.O.E

An international Media organisation are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to assist in the day-to-day support and administration of their ERP System, Workday Financials. This role plays a key part in the wider Workday support team who are responsible for the support and development of the Workday platform across Finance, Adaptive Planning, HCM and Payroll.

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for day-to-day administration of Workday Financials, including updating securities and minor configuration changes
– Support Finance users with any queries or issues with Workday via ServiceNow portal
– Ensure Business Processes are maintained and working correctly
– Liaise with 3rd party support partner (AMS Partner) and escalate any unresolved technical issues
– Assist the Workday team with the bi-annual releases, implementing new functionality and communicating any changes to Finance team

Qualifications:

– Background in a Finance role, preferably at least Part Qualified Accountant
– 3+ years experience supporting a Finance System / ERP system (NetSuite, Oracle, MS Dynamics etc)
– Experience working with Workday Financials not essential but preferred
– Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
– UK Passport holder or RTW in the UK. This role cannot support visa sponsorship requests

This role is based in London but can support remote applicants within the UK on the proviso that infrequent travel is acceptable to applicants.
