The Association of College and University Educators (ACUE) prepares, credentials, and supports faculty to teach with research-based best practices that improve student achievement and close equity gaps.

The Challenge

Having just completed a NetSuite implementation, ACUE had substantial needs around Salesforce integrations to make the system work as promised and ensure our business case and ROI were met.

The Solution

Following a recommendation from another CFO client, ACUE engaged with SA for its strong reputation and deep knowledge of the NetSuite market. SA’s dedicated NetSuite team took the time to understand ACUE’s unique business needs and drivers, and were able to rapidly and accurately provide advice, guidance, resources and services that have not only gave ACUE their desired outcome but had a tangible and positive impact on the wider business functions.

Following this assignment, the SA EPM team were retained to support ACUE on FP&A system selection and implementation.

The Outcome

Primary outcomes have included reducing time and financial cost by automating processes, improving integration and organisation-wide data flow across the business, thereby greatly improving ACUE’s reporting capabilities.
