Reports to: CFO / VP of Finance Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Accounting and Finance to lead our finance and accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a blend of operational excellence, financial planning expertise, and deep knowledge of GAAP. The ideal candidate has experience managing accounting teams, driving process improvements, and utilizing NetSuite as a core financial platform. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting operations , including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end/year-end close processes. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP . Oversee and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance with regulatory standards. Manage FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to executive leadership and board members. Own the NetSuite ERP system , driving optimization, system enhancements, and financial automation initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, HR) to drive financial accountability and strategic decision-making. Lead and develop a high-performing accounting team. Support audit and tax preparation processes with external partners. Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and reporting.
